We offer a 7-day return window for all items purchased online excluding items with a discount of 20% or more.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions. Failure to comply may result in the denial of your request:
- Items must be unwashed.
- Items must be unworn.
- Items must remain in their original packaging.
- Items with pilling may be subject to rejection.
- Items with markings, stains, or discolorations will not be accepted.
- Items with strong odors, such as smoke, cologne, or detergent, will not be accepted.
- Accessories such as jewelry, caps, bottles, and bags are non-returnable due to hygiene concerns.
- Bodysuits cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
- Returns or exchanges for socks and other undergarments are not accepted for hygiene purposes.
Please note: Our 7-day warranty excludes normal wear and tear, as well as damage caused by misuse or accidents.
If your product(s) meet our return conditions our team will issue a store credit to the email attached to your order (excluding shipping costs).
Store credit/ coupon codes/ gift cards are valid for one year from the date of issue.
Please note that we reserve the right to deny returns after 21 days.
Out-of-Stock Exchanges
If the desired exchange product is out of stock, we will issue store credit valid for up to 3 months from the date of issue.
